My Go-To Pizza Dough

Makes enough dough for 4 small pizzas or two 12-inch ones
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Combine
water and yeast in a large bowl and let stand until the yeast is
dissolved and foamy (this is how you know that you yeast is alive),
about 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the dough is smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow to sit in a warm spot for 45 minutes to overnight. Punch down and shape it on a floured workbench.
